Every allergic pupil. Every adrenaline pen. One place.
Allergy Ledger keeps each pupil's allergies, Allergy Action Plan and adrenaline devices together, gives any adult an emergency screen that works offline, and helps your school show it is meeting the new allergy safety duty.
A full term free, every feature, no card needed. iPhone, iPad and Android apps launch early 2027.
Schools are where many reactions first happen.
Most schools still manage allergies on paper and spreadsheets. Plans sit in an office folder, pen expiry dates are chased by hand, and cover and kitchen staff don't always know which children are at risk.
children with allergy have their first allergic reaction at school, college or an early years setting.

Built for school allergies first.
Not a general first-aid tool with allergies bolted on. Everything is shaped around the pupil, their plan and their pens.
Photo allergy register
One live list: photo, class, allergens, severity, emergency contacts and the pupil's own Allergy Action Plan, uploaded exactly as the clinician wrote it.
PenCheck
Every pupil's devices and the school's spares: type, strength as printed, expiry and location. Reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days.
Emergency mode, offline
One tap from any screen. Find the child by photo, see their own plan, where their pens are, and the official emergency steps. A big Call 999 button.
A view for every role
Class view for teachers and cover staff, catering view for the kitchen, trip mode for days out. Each person sees only what their job needs.
Policy, plans and records
Build your allergy safety policy on the DfE template, fill Individual Healthcare Plans from the register, and log incidents, near misses and drills.
Compliance dashboard
One readiness score across register, plans, pens, training, policy and drills, plus a printable report for governors and inspectors.
Calm, clear information when it counts.
Emergency mode shows the child's own plan and the official steps. It does not make decisions. Your staff follow the plan and their training.
- One tap from any screen, for any adult with an account
- Find the child by photo, then see their Allergy Action Plan and where their pens are
- Official UK government emergency steps, shown word for word
- A big Call 999 button and simple timers since symptoms started and since each device was used
- A quick log that becomes an incident record and notifies the allergy lead
- Works with no signal or Wi-Fi: the school's information is kept on the device, encrypted
Works offline
Playing fields, trip coaches, old buildings with patchy Wi-Fi. The information staff need is stored on the device, encrypted, and wiped when they sign out.
No names to spell under pressure.
As the clinician wrote it, unaltered.
Pupil's own and the nearest spares.
Always one tap away.

What the law requires, and what the guidance expects.
The law now requires an allergy safety policy. DfE statutory guidance expects spare adrenaline devices, staff training, healthcare plans and incident records, and the government plans to make these legal duties.

Common questions
Is the app available yet?
The apps for iPhone, iPad and Android are being built now, with app store launch planned for early 2027. Join the free pilot to be one of the first schools to use it.
Does Allergy Ledger give medical advice?
No. It is a records and reminders tool. Emergency mode shows the pupil's own plan and the official UK government emergency steps; it does not decide anything. Staff follow the plan and their training.
Which schools is it for?
State schools in England first, because the legal duty applies to them now. Independent schools are welcome: the law doesn't cover them yet, but the DfE guidance is good practice for every school. Multi-academy trusts get trust discounts.
Do parents pay?
Never. The app is always free for parents and staff. Schools pay one yearly subscription.
Where is our data stored?
In the UK (London). Pupil data is never sold, shared or used for advertising, analytics or AI training.
